Chris and I were only engaged when we adopted our first furry child. His name is Ace. He is the perfect dog. He knows all the tricks, never had any accidents, loves to cuddle, and is forever giving all kinds of affection. Ace became a huge part of both our lives (even though I lived 4hours away.) One day we decided to go to the shelter to say hello. We walked in and saw our second child. Her name is Roxi and she is a beautiful Bull Terrier. Roix is NOT Ace. She was impossible to house break, knows only how to sit for food, runs around like a crazy dog, and we love her just as much as we love Ace. Roxi and Ace were both very sick when we got them. The vet told us not to get our hopes up about Ace's recovery because his worms were so bad. But both Ace and Roxi are fully healthy and loving. They just recently got a sister named Lola, an English bulldog as a gift from a friend. Our perfect little family is so happy and loving and I cannot imagine my life without Ace and Roxi. Thanks to everyone at the shelter for taking care of our babies before we knew they were our babies!
